We are the only UK training provider that offers you a full Discovery Day on site if you'd like to test out our world leading training and aircraft.

Check Entry Requirements

Our full entry requirements are on our website and our brochure, but to keep things simple you'll need

  • Be age 17 to start full time (part time can be less, get in touch to find out more)

  • Meet the medical requirements (more below)

  • Be able to speak, read and write English to an acceptable standard

Medical

You'll need a UK CAA Class 1 medical before you start on the commercial phase of your training (last 8-12 weeks on a full time course), however it's advised if you have any concerns about your ability to get a Class 1 medical to do this before you start training.

You can start training with a UK CAA Class 2 medical as a minimum, you can arrange this with our own in house examiner before your training begins.

Register your interest

You'll get your training contract and make your enrolment fee payment. Once this is paid your place with be confirmed by Aviation Academy Scotland. Bear in mind that if your enrolment fee payment is delayed this may delay your chosen start date as places are filled on a first come basis.
