The enrolment fee at Aviation Academy Scotland is non-refundable. This fee is required to secure your place in training and covers essential administrative and onboarding costs. Here’s why it applies and what it includes.

1. What Does the Enrolment Fee Cover?

The enrolment fee ensures that you have access to everything needed to start your training, including:

  • Initial onboarding and student record setup.

  • Access to online theory training (where applicable).

  • Membership and insurance waivers.

  • Administrative processing for your training programme.

This fee helps us maintain small student intakes, ensuring high-quality, personalised training.

2. Why Is It Non-Refundable?

Unlike other schools that require large upfront tuition payments, Aviation Academy Scotland operates on a Pay As You Train model, allowing financial flexibility. However, the enrolment fee secures your training slot and includes services that cannot be reversed once initiated.

3. What If I Decide Not to Start Training?

If you choose not to continue training after paying the enrolment fee, the fee remains non-refundable. However, in some cases, you may be able to defer your start date or transfer to another intake. Contact our team to discuss your options.

4. Can I Transfer My Enrolment to Another Student?

No, enrolments are non-transferable, as they are tied to individual student onboarding and regulatory setup processes.

5. Have Questions?

If you’d like to discuss your enrolment or have concerns about your training plans, we’re happy to help.
